Well he's a wee bit better than our current OC

It sucks that Jake Johnson wouldn’t stay committed to a TE friendly offense.

Yeah that’s fine, we can revisit this in the future and I’ll eat shite if I’m wrong. Also, he’s been at Cincinatti, where the competition is generally weaker and the defense is stout, both of which work to inflate offensive output.

Mike Denbrock runs the same offense as Todd Monken and Jimbo Fisher.

so we'll ignore all recent data as a Broyles finalist this season and just focus on him being demoted years ago?

Not a huge fan of Denbrock tbh. I wouldn't say he's a bad hire by any means but he certainly isn't elite. It's also really weird if this happens considering BK already canned him once. I think Denbrock is very overrated personally. TBH, this is probably about as good as we can expect considering he's likely not going to give full control to an OC. Not a fan of the scheme he runs either.

Not really what we need but also not surprising BK would make a run for him.

He’s at least called plays before so he has that going for him.

I don't think that's true.

Denbrock changes his system to fit the players.

I've seen him run rpo with 3 and 4 wide. I've seen him run pro style.

people might buy your bullshite a little more if you stop tooting your own horn quite so loudly. you're not really in a position to toot it at all honestly

You should head to the national archives and review the Zapruder film.

I'm curious about what you think LSU "needs" in an OC. A new head coach usually will hire coordinators that he trusts. They had an issue in the past, but its obvious Kelly still trusts him enough to run his offense...and let's remember that Denbrock was not his first choice.
