Can someone explain this to me? What has he done good since he’s been here? Please don’t mention the OL of the year trophy because Joe Burrow won that award.

The only reason I can think of is they’re waiting until after signing day.

Probably bc only recruits we have left are oline. We have zero chance at them if cregg goes. He is basically fighting for his job in this next month of recruiting

Someone please justify X, but do not use Y or Z in your reasoning.

Never gets old.

Should have never let Decoster go and moved him to OL coach. He played OL in college so I’d have to think he would be more at home there than coaching TEs. OL is all about recruiting.

Is there a way to block certain posters so you don’t see their posts ?

Maybe LSU knows he’s a good OL coach. Maybe they think he does a good job. Maybe LSU doesn’t trust the ability of you guys to evaluate OL coaches. Maybe frick yourselves.

We’re still after a bunch of OL. Common sense would dictate waiting until after signing day to make a decision. A position coach change now would be a death blow for Leigh and others. Too late in the process to bring someone else in.

I think after this next signing day in Feb the new OC will pick there OL coach and Cregg is gone.

He had the best OL in the country just 1 season ago. I’d say that buys the man an extra year.

He needs to recruit better. We'll see in February if he can.

He won the award. No different than any other award. It’s recognition for a job well done. Produced 3 rookie NFL starters.

If he whiffs in recruiting he may get fired. He’s not getting fired right now.

He had the best OL in the country just like Bama’s kicker (who didn’t even make the All SEC team and only attempted 3 kicks beyond 40 yards all season) is one of the 3 finalists for the Groza award this season. That was a “best team” must have the “best player(s)” award.

The OL was good (as a unit), but not elite

Yall talking about the three rookie NFL starters that were on the line last year that really wasnt all that great on the National Championship team? Yea O line was obviously over rated...WTH is wrong with yall? If they weren't well coached and not technically sound, they would not have been starting in the NFL with pretty much no NFL camps all year...
