I don't see it happening but even with Jimbo's down year this year, it'd be an excellent hire. If Alleva couldn't pull it off and the Aggies do, he'd absolutely be sitting with egg on his face.

LSU is one of the 2 or 3 teams that can get an elite coach and beat Saban with what they have to offer

Jimbo didn't pass on LSU. Due to politics CLM was allowed to keep his job, meaning that we had Jimbo ready for nothing. The Louisiana politicians screwed that up just like everything else that they are apart of
