This is one of the oddest things on TD. He's never before claimed to have sauces or made any predictions. He's not some proven insider.

As Yogi Berra once said "it aint over til its over." However, Riley is the one candidate that doesnt seem to have much cover on this story.
His denial a couple wks ago was a non denial... I am just worrying about the next game, blah blah blah
When he missed his press conf this week which was probably unrelated he was testy in his response and did not offer an explanation other than personal reasons. A happy coach gives them more than that.
OU does not seem to be running for cover and trying to lock LR down like some others have at least as far as we can see.
lastly, he is 9-0 and is #8 in the CFP. I think this is his last straw. No SEC team is 9-0 and out of the top 4.
He is only making 7.7mil so he is not priced out of the market.
Also in the back of my mind I think OU could be hedging Huepel as a backup for Riley. He is their Jimbo.

My only other theory would be the leaks are from Riley to whip the OU fans into a theory and to get their proud AD to match the offer.

That's all I'm saying. Even if he emails Chicken with a sauce, there's not a whole lot to truly verify if he's not just trolling them too. It's easy to create fake emails, texts, etc. Unless his sauce directly contacts TD, it's all still suspect.

i can vouch for castorinho being a good, even great poster throughout the years since being on here, he is not the trolling type

That would suck for him. I'd hope someone he trusts wouldn't do that, but we live among trolls. That's our way of life now.
