No, no he is not. Given a lot of folks in Louisiana's very liberal usage of the "N" word, this guy loses a game or two it will reflect really poorly on the community.

So most know i am an anyone but JF has some legit gripes. PSU is top 10 in revenue yet have athletic dorms that have not been updated in 30 years.
but mainly i wanted to point out that the myth that he is some great recruited is BS. he has a good class this year but in general he has finished in the 15-20 range and only had one other top 10 class.
also before you start praising him for Vandy, might wanna go back and look at the schedules. he only has one win over a ranked team while there.

I work with a PSU grad and big football fan. He is not really impressed with Franklin and really wouldn't be upset if he goes. Much like the sentiment the OP listed.
He likes his recruiting but doesn't think the teams are tough, he doesn't think he is a great X O guy, and is sort of done with him I think.
I mentioned that LSU appears to be looking a Franklin a week or 2 ago....He wasn't bothered by it at all.

Saban this Saban that to defend any and every coaches negatives.
Saban is the only Saban.
Saban can afford to be unpleasant or even unlikable. It's a lot different to tolerate with around .500 like results.

Maybe. They are mostly in my ex-wife's family and their circle. I will say 80% are LSU alums and the rest are USL or whatever they are calling themselves this week. Well-educated, white-collar people.
