Lane is not my first choice, but if he is actively seeking the job, then Lane is the man.

His offense is elite.

QB's would flock to LSU.

The state of Louisiana would provide the defense, wide receivers, and running backs.

LSU is not hiring a P.R. specialist. Nor, a "YES" man to bend to the desires of a B.O.D. We need a experienced FOOTBALL HEAD COACH and Kiffin would be the best hire.
Who cares if he is an arrogant a-hole sometime. He learned from the best-=--Yep Saban.
I don't want a guy who wants to be every ones friend or best buddy...get a guy with a high football IQ and win games!
If you were not impressed yesterday with Ole Miss you don't know football....Now Flame Away.

Ole Miss has the No 38 cruitin class. Lane has never been a great recruiter without EdO. Without recruiting I give Kiffin 3 more years and done.

He's good and he is a clown, so he will fit right in. LSU has a solid 15 year clown culture.

And his defense?

Yeah…doesn’t work like that.

He’s not just an arrogant a-hole. He’s a sideshow clown that brings unwanted attention and PR to your school.

Very easy to say no to Kiffin. Very, very easy.

I agree he wouldn’t be the best pick for obvious reasons.

But…if we get Kiffin…we hurt ole miss, and don’t have to play against him every year.

What has Kiffin ever won as a head coach?

Hilarious.

The state produced an AVERAGE of 12 blue chippers in '20,'21 and '22 classes per 24/7.

Even if you get 10 outta those 12 it wouldn't be close to filling out the defense,WR's and RB's to compete for the SECW

What has any of the other candidates won as a college head coach? Save for Jimbo who I think is out at this point.

No thanks, he'd be my 5th or 6th choice. I can't stand his personality for a football coach; he seems to mature at a slower rate than most people.

If Kiffin gets Arch Manning to Ole Miss (which chances are pretty high after "Manning Day"...), then he is not leaving Ole Miss for LSU.

Nobody can pick apart defense like Lane Kiffin. There’s no better offensive coordinator in the nation. He just has this habit of self-destructing when he’s the head coach. He even self-destructed at Alabama as an office of coordinator. It appears though he has somewhat matured a bit as HC of Ole Miss.
