And this Florida cocksucker talking about an Amazon facility that was built in an abandoned part of town.

Any new coach is going to be in South BR living a very fine existence.

Dude, you didn't even go to Florida. Stop trying to pump up Gainesville.

He's not wrong. My wife went to UF, I've been there many times. And while I actually like the town, it's just as much of a dump as BR. Same with literally every single SEC city other than Nashville. 90% of college towns top to bottom across this country are shite holes.

I don't understand how this dude's post is insightful at all, lmao.

You're comparing an NFL head coaching job (which Saban basically always said he wanted to do at some point) to coaching LSU in Baton Rouge. If you want to go that route, how much did he love living in Miami? How long did he stay there? I guess living in Tuscaloosa is better than living in Miami, huh?

Well Baton Rouge is a city (not a town) and the metro area is 880,000 people so that is why Amazon built the center here and not in Gainesville.

Being in Attica or Danemora is more preferable to BR

I have been all over the State of Florida . Lots of beautiful places but Gainesville is way down on the list.

BR in general won't win any awards, but the part of town the Amazon distribution center is in is one of the worst spots in Baton Rouge. Literally built on top of a defunct mall.

Looking at that and making a snap judgement about a whole city is clown behavior.

Kelly left Notre Dame… arguably the most prestigious colleges in America that isn’t an Ivy Leaguer. He left it for Baton Rouge…..

Newsflash: rich people live in rich people areas and never have to deal with any of the trash the rest of us deal with.

What a dumb thing to reference. Those Amazon DC’s are not built in the good parts of town. The one in Shreveport is like two miles from the Cooper Rd.
