Either a prank gown awry or fake to intentionally harm Gundy.
He just signed a new rolling 5 yr. contract (for life) in October of this year... i.e. right before this supposed letter.

I like Kelly better, obviously, but I wouldn’t have minded gundy at LSU at all. Dude has figured out how to field a competent defense in a conference where little d is played and did so at a time when defense was played even less than it is now in said conference. Mikes defense has been good for a few years now and his offense is always gonna be at least capable and most years above average. His offense can be really really good when he has those special players he gets from time to time
