My confidence isn't high enough to play on his terms and let him dick us around until the good candidates are gone and we're behind the 8 ball in recruiting.
If he's the choice, we have to set a window for him to agree and we have to be willing to walk away. If you're not willing to walk away from a negotiation, you're a shite negotiator.
