Pretty sure he has run the offense at every place he coached, but he also seems to adapt the offense to the players so I'm not certain we get the ND offense here.
I agree it will likely not be a big time OC unless Kelly is going to let go of control.

Still does not discount that Walker Howard said that Kelly told him he couldn't tell him who the OC was at this time. Not that there was NOT an OC.
So do we have an OC in the wings, or not? I believe we do, just can't be named at this time.
