And I’m completely fine with it. He caters to his team and coaches, not to the fans or the media. It’s a new day folks.

This thought process is just a coping mechanism for not having coordinators yet. Whatever makes you feel better, i support you all the way bud.

It makes total sense he will wait to announce after the bowl game now. He’s going to do things his way and not the way we are used to it. If you can’t notice this drastic change then you’re not paying attention. We clearly have coordinators that are still coaching and why mess with the players heads before the bowl game by firing them before hand? I love it. Call it coping or whatever you want….

Playoffs, bowls and the NFL season are still ongoing.
Assistant coaches are often hired into February. It’s just not the big deal people make it out to be.

To add to that, with esd over and recruiting dead period in place coordinator hires really don't matter either. There's plenty of time to get all this wrapped up and it have no real negative impact to the program at all.
Now if we miss on our targets and end up with guys we could have hired months ago that may be a different story, but I am not going to worry about it until it happens because there's not much any of us can do about it regardless of how it shakes out.

I spoke with a freshman o-lineman's sister yesterday. And she said he told her that there have been coaches coming and going in interviews. For what it's worth.
