In poker this is called a squeeze play. Your move a-hole.

Throwing insane amounts of money are coaches is not considered some shrewd move.

All I have to say is bravo Tamu!

I don’t believe in just throwing money at a problem but when that money screws a rival you cant beat! money is a place we cant beat Tamu.

Eat the buyout money and promote Aranda.

Aranda's failures will at least be unique and unpredictable. Keeping Aranda likely keeps Canada as OC and most of the staff and recruits in tact.

Unproven rookie > Proven failure, IMO.

You absolutely eat O's buy out and promote Aranda, Retain Canada and move forward. O is in way over his head I don't care what his record was this year. He had a lot of help along the way and when times were tough you could see in his face or reactions he was clueless. No one will beat our door down to come here except his good old boys looking for money. Keeping O will set us back a decade and the SEC is building back up all around us.

The money isn’t as high as reported....Aranda would have already left...

The longer he isn’t announced at A&M the better It is for us....

If A&M is spurned by aranda....who do they get?
