Really? The same Alleva that wasn’t stupid enough to hire an overrated Tom Herman or stupid enough to give an overrated Jimbo Fisher a fully guaranteed $75 million contract?

Alleva didn’t get the Fisher deal done. It was your current AD Scott Woodward that targeted, negotiated, and made the case to A&M brass for Fisher. Yep, your current AD.

USC isn't a great situation. Their recruiting is shite right now and they don't have a viable HC.

How the hell does USC have the 76th rated class right now? USC for goodness sakes.

But you LSU fans are really weird when it comes to Alleva.

How so? Give exact details.

He was a questionable hire after the Duke Lacrosse scandal.

He made our compliance department a goddamn police department.

He bent the knee to our SJW overlord of a President every damn time.

He blew it all with the firing/ hiring/ firing again of Miles.

He DID NOT hire Will Wade!

He did luck out with Orgeron.

He’s a finance guy from up north that brings in lots of money. He’s not one of us; and has a kush job at the University for his experience in getting said money above, while he looks for another job.

You guys should put in an offer for him.

Did you miss the way he botched the Miles situation and then had to fire him 3 games into the next season? He ran Chavis off by being cheap when it wasn’t necessary. He was very petty and unprofessional in his public dealings at LSU. He was a terrible AD and he backed his way into O, so I don’t really give him credit for being lucky

Money can’t buy stability and Herman has none of that now.

One day you will see just how close Texas came to,getting saban. I'm,sure he will talk about it in his book when he retires.

Only Noel Mazzone can save Herman's offense.

Brady might as well wait and let Texas fire Herman and then take the head coaching job over going work for him as offensive coord when he just threw his entire staff under the bus after year 2.

Unless it comes with a lot, lot more money. And as we all know at least two Texas schools can throw money around like they print it.

Brady won't have the experience necessary to justify a HC job. He needs to prove his worth as a coordinator without Joe Burrow before anybody will throw that kind of money at him for HC.
