Herman is definitely worried. UT made bold and expensive moves to take Herman from LSU. Thus far they are getting very little ROI and O is cleaning up on recruiting.
Unless Brady just flat hates BR LSU will do what is necessary to keep him. O is smart enough to know MUCH of those year’s success can be attributed to Brady. He won’t lose him

Alleva didn’t hire Coach Wade. Eddie Nunez did
Alleva is very fortunate that Coach O has proven folks wrong.
As one who was against the hire at first, I’ll say it wasn’t as much about the hire as it was the methodology of “the search” that had folks ready to run Alleva out. If you don’t get that then I don’t know what else to tell you.
Alleva did more to hurt LSU than good and did so by a lot.
To point to two hires as reason to say he did a good job is moronic.
There’s so much more to it than that and yea we are beyond happy to have a guy who is unanimously considered a top 2-3 AD nationally running the show now.

Graham needs to stay put, he's doing pretty well at USC in his first big gig as an OC and he has players who fits the style of offense.
