It’s so unfortunate. Young men make bad decisions that can turn tragic. A human is gone, many people will suffer. He lived large like so many others that have passed along his path, this is one of those tragedies that may serve as an example to others. Let it not be forgotten that this young man did not set out to be a monster or a villain, he got caught up and set a new course for his life, hopefully making some meaning for the victim’s family

This video is so disturbing but there another one too after this which shows the car on fire and Ruggs on the street. Intense! My heart breaks for that poor lady he hit and it really is brought home with the video I am referencing.

That's insane. I will tell you that I got a 300Z up to 133.5 MPH at night on the interstate early in the A.M. I was young and stupid. The tail lights from vehicles in the right lane are a blur. The slightest movement of the steering wheel to the left or right creates major movement. Will NEVER do that again. Have utmost respect for NASCAR drivers.

No power steering in those cars they aren't as sensitive as what you describe. That's not said to take anything away from them.

Same here. 155 on the Autobahn in a BMW. Car was planted and stable. Everything else was a blur, way too fast if there is any traffic, even when they are all doing 100. I later found out at 155mph you travel over 100 feet in .5 seconds. Take into account his impaired state and he had zero chance of slowing enough. What happened is really tragic and pointless. (Btw, NASCAR does indeed have power steering.)
