Myles Brennan Is "Very Doubtful" For Alabama Game, Orgeron Says

LSU will likely be without quarterback Myles Brennan vs. Alabama comes to Baton Rouge next Saturday.
During his weekly radio show this week, head coach Ed Orgeron said that Myles had a tough time practicing on Wednesday and that he is "very doubtful" for next week. Per SI.com:
Earlier this week, Orgeron said that freshmen quarterbacks TJ Finely and Max Johnson will compete for the starting spot if Brennan is unable to play vs. the Crimson Tide.

quote:Wednesday was Brennan's first practice since suffering a lower-body injury during the Missouri game on October 11.
"He tried to practice today. He practiced a little bit. It wasn't very good," Orgeron said. "It was hurting. So, we're going to see again tomorrow (Thursday). And we'll see how much he can practice next week. Right now, I'd have to say he's very doubtful the way it is."
