He did what everyone was expecting. Get rid of the OC, but he had a different OC every year. After Aranda left, he had a different DC his last two years. Ed O was the luckiest son of a bitch alive when he was able to get Burrow to LSU. He brought in Joe Brady who installed a passing game that fit Burrow, but other than that I don't know how much Brady contributed to the success of 2019. You put Burrow in an offense that had Jamar Chase, Justin Jefferson and Terrence Marshall and an Aranda D.. Well I guess O did recruit them all right? So yeah O could recruit, but on the other hand his last two years it seemed like the talent at RB dropped off, the OL.

I believe coach Kelly had no choice but to clean house after the disaster that occurred after the championship game. Good coaches had to go as well to establish a new atmosphere in the program.
