11-1, lone loss at home to Ole Miss, finishing 8th in the playoff chase. 1st round game against Kelly’s old team, Notre Dame #9.

Florida will be a broken program with a fired HC by the time LSU plays them

I see both Tex and OK having some SEC growing pains. Both are over hyped this year! Especially Texas. if they make the playoffs, they will be an 8 or 9 seed.

I 100% agree @Bucky_B. Those two programs are great programs. But no one is accounting for the mental grind and physicality these players will face every single week.

I'd ay 75% LSU vs OU. OU doesn't have the talent LSU has, in addition to it's very hard for a team to come into TS and win. Especially a team that has never been here before.

I can't remember the last time a team that has never been to TS in a very long time has come in and won. Troy? lol maybe.

I don’t think we can beat Ole Miss this year…but if we do, it would be sweet!

I feel strongly we will beat Ole Miss. Coming into TS is pretty much an auto +7 point advantage.

TAM new coach and staff, Bama new coach and staff, OU first time in Tiger Stadium, Ole Miss toss up. I'm more worried about CBK having this team finally ready for the first game of the season.

Favored over Ole Miss, dog at aTm?

If we are 7-0 going into 8&4 I’ll like our chances.

How do you have OU coming to an SEC teams house at 49%? That should be closer to 60% imo. At that point if we split the toss ups away, win the toss ups at home and even losing to Bama at home leaves us at 10-2. After looking at this closer, I’m not sure how people don’t have us pegged to go 10-2 with an improved defensive staff and the offseason improvement we’ve been hearing about. Shoot even 11-1 is possible if we beat Bama and we can definitely do that. Problem is that we typically lose a game we not supposed to lose but most of our toss ups are at home. If we can get to OM undefeated, I’d feel better about 10-2 or 11-1 even. If we beat OM and lose one of Florida/A&M I’d still feel pretty good. Our by-weeks are set up advantageously to beat A&M on the road. I can definitely see 10-2 even with an Alabama loss. We beat Bama and I can see 11-1. Should be a fun season.

ESPN can't even predict who will be working during football season.

This is a playoff team, no doubt.

So 10-2? Should be good for a playoff bid.

Think this is showing a 9-3 record. But honestly, USC game is a toss up (should be a W). Alabama game is a toss up. Oklahoma I think depends on how both teams are fairing for the last game of the year.

Realistically…I agree. Special teams still isn’t settled, Daniels made the offense look really great, and the defense is improving and will continue to do so….but they are not there this year. I will be happy to be wrong, but I won’t be calling for firings by the Oklahoma game. Recruiting is incredible, culture is good, we just missed the chance last year with poor defensive coaching.

How does LSU make the SECCG in 2022 but not improve defense in 2023? Something is off with Kelly.

My prediction: LSU doesn’t lose until the SEC championship against Georgia.

A&M at 47%. How do they have a higher chance at beating LSU than Ole Miss? This puzzles me.
