Built in 1992 with a renovation completed in 2016, the house has 6,200 square feet, six bedrooms, marble floors, a floating staircase, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. It has 150 feet of oceanfront and Intracoastal frontage, with a 40,000-pound boat lift.

I hope little Nicky sticks around at least four or five years because CBK & LSU will own him & Bama. The LSU team is aligned and experienced and Bama will not be able to reload as usual since recruits will wonder when little Nicky will retire.
