They must be refusing to negotiate so far

Follow the money... Right now Tyler Sheridan is making them ridiculous amounts of coin. My money is on Texas.
ETA: Texas has access to several climates and has many urban cities and rural areas, different cultures, international borders, and borders to Louisiana. Outside of tax benefits, the natural landscape has a lot more to offer than Georgia.

Taylor Sheridan is leaving Paramount for NBCUniversal in a reported $1 billion deal.

we dont want media to be consolidated by either side.
Also, if 300k californians move to texas for work... Texas wont be red much longer.
