But north of campus, just head towards downtown and go east on government or Florida and go around the traffic hitting the interstate

They have to or it will be a travesty. With a 9 game schedule we may have multiple 3 loss playoff teams from the SEC.

Bama has to play Georgia A&M Tennesse and LSU for their next four games. LSU, Ole Miss, Texas and Georgia have terribly difficult schedules.

It should be quality wins, not # of losses.

They were baiting Lane to use his last time out. Worst case, 5 yard delay and kick it. They were never going to snap it but then at the half yard line it was too tempting.

It’s really not fair to judge a whole city as big as Nashville or Baton Rouge. I’ve loved living in Baton Rouge (the city) and never felt unsafe ever, including events downtown. But there’s pockets I would never visit. That goes for any city.

Oxford and Starkville are like going to one good area of Baton Rouge.

Either you have a top 5 QB or you don’t. That’s the difference in being a NC contender or a #10-25 ranked team. And you really don’t know until they hit the field. Hell, Chambliss didn’t start for Ole Miss last year. You can spend $50 million but if you whiff on QB the whole thing doesn’t work.

I think both are worthy today. Both have very difficult schedules. 9 conference games is so stupid.
