GTFO
Can’t have this shite with alambma and Texas coming to town.
Big games. Lots people.
Law and order is on the agenda.
Good for them. It’s about time the grownups showed up.
Make LSU great again!

It's really bad if the Advocate thinks there's a problem.

They read this site.
I know for a fact Landry’s team reads it. He might as well.
In the off chance I’m speaking to Gov Landry…. Fix this shite dude and fast.

It happened last year and got better.
Baton Rouge hotels and restaurants depend on income from lsu football weekends.
Letting up on this is the first misstep by Landry in a long time.
Glad to see they are taking it seriously though

Jokes aside.
They need to be out early and bust shite up quick.
I notice this season they are letting these big groups grow and grow rather than bust it up at the onset.
The more it becomes obvious to them that they can’t do this shite, the sooner they may take the party up the road away from campus.

I support this. Take out the trash, Rousse.

Need to up the admission standards BIGLY for starters. It seems like if you can just write your name, you can get into LSU right now
It’s never been the toughest school to get into, but the current requirements are just pathetic and embarrassing.

Hopefully they realize the bottom line $$$ changes if they don’t fix it…

Can someone post the article? Can't get past The Advocate paywall.

Maybe they do this from the start of the season instead of seemingly waiting until the trash makes the news like the last two years.

LSU says it will step up crowd control for football games after game day brawl on campus
After a brawl following LSU’s homecoming game Saturday that ended with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office deploying pepper balls, LSU is ramping up crowd control on game days.
“I want to be clear that the behavior I witnessed this weekend is unacceptable and does not reflect the excellence that LSU strives to demonstrate in all we do,” LSU President Wade Rousse said in a statement Thursday. “Everyone attending an LSU football game should be able to enjoy the traditions that make Tiger fans proud.”
The stricter measures will include enhanced foot and mobile patrols, with more intense monitoring of locations known for large gatherings. LSU will also establish “CLEAR distinctions” between what the university calls traditional tailgating and large-scale gatherings with DJs and live bands that arise during and after game time, a statement from the university said. The statement emphasized that student tailgates must end one hour before kickoff.
People who violate LSU policy or the law may “face removal from campus,” with university disciplinary action or criminal enforcement where applicable, the statement said.
The university will also focus on maintaining safe pedestrian routes and enhancing reporting resources for those who observe dangerous behavior, the statement said.
“I recognize that large, uncontrolled crowds and disruptive behavior can negatively impact an otherwise enjoyable experience for fans, and that has to stop, now,” Rousse said. “The overwhelming majority of our visitors to campus simply want to enjoy LSU with their family and friends.”
The fight broke out between several women around 4:30 p.m. Saturday and was encouraged by the crowd, police said. The incident occurred near the Enchanted Forest, Pentagon and Greek Theater, according to LSU.
