If you are one of those that would be great. I am wondering if people from Australia and New Zealand refer to people from the US, Canada, Europe, and Russia as being from "up top"?

When I was moving to the states full-time 2001 there was one guy that started calling me a seppo.
Had never heard that before .
Apart from yank that is the only other term I have heard.
