I have one suggestion and warning. Do not mix muriatic acid and bleach. I found out the hard way.

If your machine is adequate, and you take time to do it correctly, not sure why you would need a pre wash.

30 second has been my go to, but lets be honest, it just bleaches the stain. I like it on my fascia, garage doors, and fiberglass columns. Keeps me from pulling paint of with the pressure washer.

I use a diluted bleach solution from a garden sprayer for the worst spots, my pressure washer with a 14" surface head doesn't need much else.

1 quart of pool chlorine per gallon of water in a pump sprayer. Can add a little dawn as well but my trials I didn't notice a difference.
I do a pre spray amd post spray.
Water grass beside concrete to avoid chemical burn.
You won't get the ugly pressure washer lines in concrete as the chlorine will kill the organic material still left behind and stays cleaner much longer.
