Looking for a quick overnight stay for the wife and I.
Tried calling the Briars in Natchez but I can’t get anyone on the phone.

Any suggestions?

There are numerous BnBs in natchez, not sure if they are open or not... check a google search on them.

Natchitoches, LA

It's a nice little town.

ETA: Stay at the Church Street Inn. Its an old timey hotel with wood floors and old furniture, but a comfy bed.

Was taken to a place outside of Natchez(sp) that was very nice.
I believe it was something like Cedar Creek Plantation or close.
Very nice, had a 10 K run slayed out, continental BF and a pool.

From Baton Rouge it is hard to beat Natchez.

Eat at Pearl St Pasta.

Try Bowie’s in Natchez if your set on that area, Bay St. Louis is always nice and covid restrictions are lax there as well.

I’m sure there’s a decent place in Natchez you can stay.

Arnaudville. Go hang at Bayou Teche brewing, eat at the Little Big Cup, and hit Kartchners on the way home

Southern Star Hotel or a BnB in old town Covington.

The Hotel Whiskey in Pass Christian or a BnB in the area.

As others have mentioned, St. Francisville or Natchez.
