I don't get this...as I get older, I feel the same way. I fly about 6 times a year and I get more anxiety every flight. I hate this new found illogical anxiety.

Typically fly 3 international and 2 domestic trips per year. 20-25 segments.

I find that my anxiety gets higher every year as well. Maybe it’s that odds are getting worse with each flight. At least that’s what my brain tells me with each flight.

I've done 6 roundtrip flights this year. Only 1 left for the year as of now.

I fly every week except my 5 weeks vacation. I will join the million mile club next year on United.

I average 5-6 total flights a year, so maybe 10-12 segments.

Probably 8 trips (not including connecting flights).

This is including work trips. Roughly half/half work and pleasure.

counting my connecting flights

So one RT with a connecting flight counts as 4 flights in this scenario? Two there and two back?

Only 1-3 these days, which I'm thankful for. Air travel is a complete drag.

Usually 2-3 round trip flights a year. Mostly personal with a work trip sprinkled in occasionally.

About 140 segments a year. Only 10 or so are for leisure. Aside from the perk of being executive platinum with AA it freaking sucks.

About 30-40 I'd say, with 75% being business

I fly 40-50 segments a year, and somewhere between 40-125k miles a year depending on if it is a domestic heavy year or a international heavy year.

Are you in the AA EXP and CK facebook group? I know it sounds lame, but the brain trust has helped me out bigly
