I have till May 23rd to make a decision either way on a June 21st trip to Gatlinburg. I was just about to pull the trigger on it, but decided to wait and see. So glad I did!
It kind of looks like we might still get to go now (with the way they're actually progressing in Tennessee). Their governor gets it. People need to work right now.

Why not? Your wives already did.

I have an extensive Utah trip in mid June and only need NPs to open.

Just received an email from Zion park lodge stating they canceled my reservation for early June. They will resume operations on June 15th. Sucks because I had 2 nights booked with the first night being the 14th, so the whole reservation was cancelled. Not sure about the park itself. Bryce and Mesa Verde lodges haven’t cancelled yet, but we shall see.

Nothing we can do but play it by ear. Mine is a honeymoon so we’re going somewhere. Just hope it’s where we had planned

Have a week in Belize in October and a week in Banff in December, all ticketed and resorts paid for. Who knows?

We have a 10 day trip to the BVIs chartering a 52 foot boat for the time there out of Tortola. I was feeling good. But from the sounds of it the BVIs are locked down and it won’t be happening.

Then we have Disney trip planned for late September. Hoping that will be ok.

May 1 we find out if AirBNB is extending the extenuating circumstances clause into June.
After reading about NY and how pretty much all tourist stuff will be essentially shut down through June I'll be excited.

You’d think they would have to extend it. There’s no guarantee NYC will have even lifted stay at home by the end of May.

Reservations for stays and Airbnb Experiences made on or before March 14, 2020, with a check-in date between March 14, 2020 and June 15, 2020, are covered by the policy and may be canceled before check-in. Guests who cancel will have a variety of cancellation and refund options, and hosts can cancel without charge or impact to their Superhost status. Airbnb will either refund, or issue travel credit that includes, all service fees for covered cancellations. In order to cancel under the policy, you will be required to attest to the facts of and/or provide supporting documentation for your extenuating circumstance.

The host’s cancellation policy will apply as usual to reservations made after March 14, 2020.

Cancellations will be handled according to the extenuating circumstances coverage in effect at the time of submission, and reservations that were already canceled will not be reconsidered.

On the phone with Costco to cancel the last portion, flights, of our trip. They changed departure times by five hours. Our trip was scheduled for 6/7 - 6/13. I just think that would have been a little too soon plus we would have passport issues for our toddler.

We did transition to just going to my FIL's beach house on 30A during that time. Not a bad change, just not a true vacation when you have to do all of the cooking and cleaning. #firstworldproblems
