I went to order 2k feet from monoprice today and they wanted $75 shipping! Is there a local option at a decent price? In in the Lake Charles area.

Try Home Depot or Lowe's.

Graybar. Looks like they have one in Lake Charles. Or maybe check to see if there is a Grainger.

You should have a local store that carries it. We have one that carries a lot of the monoprice stuff.

Home Depot and Lowe's as well.

i tried that 15% off, it sucked. there's apparently a very narrow list of ebay sellers you can use it with.

I've used computercablestore dot com in the past...Honestly don't remember how much the shipping was though, but it was the cheapest I had found. I ordered 10k feet of cat6 for a huge office and shop I was wiring up in Broussard.

2k feet and you’re worried about $75 in shipping? Just curious what are you using it for that you need 2k feet?

Monoprice has a 20% off plus free shipping deal today. I think it works on the Bulk ethernet. Coupon code=MAY22

When you can get 2k feet of cable for $150 or less, I'd worry about $75 in shipping too. Especially when lots of places ship it for free.

Might be wiring up a house. It's pretty easy to burn through a couple thousand feet.

I used to go to Crawford Electric on Choctaw to buy rolls of Cat6. I'd call to see of they still sell it.

When I was an IT guy at a school, we blew through a box updating the wiring from 5e to 6. Installed a fiber backbone as well. It goes quick
