I have a 13 pro max and see no reason to upgrade.

The specs on the screen are identical

I have an 11 pro max and went ahead and placed my order for the 15 pro max.

My battery is down to 72% life & doesn’t last half a day now & the screen has been having issues plus dropping calls more and more the last few months.

AT&T is giving $800 in credits for it, and there’s no way I could sell it for that, so it’s a no brainer for me, w/ the better cameras, processor, battery life & access to 5g.

I have a 14 Pro Plus and I hate it. Thinking about selling it and going with Pixel 8 when it comes out.

I’ve got 12 pro max and don’t see a reason to upgrade.

Just upgraded from a regular 12 to a 15 pro. Three years is a sweet spot imo.

Got my 15 pro max yesterday and it feels way better in hand and considerably lighter. May be worth the upgrade even if you don’t care about the specs

I have a 12pm and I’m planning on ordering the 15pro max 1tb. My wife takes pics but I shoot mostly video. I shoot 4k/60 edit down to 1080p.

Need the space.

I held off from getting the 14 last year, expecting the 15 to be better. Any recommendations?

I had a 12 and just got the 15. Here's my take so far after a few days use.

- I don't notice any difference in usage. You could put that 12 right back in my hands and I would not be able to tell the difference in how I use it.

- I have yet to take a single picture with this, so I have no idea if the camera is really that much better. I'm sure it is, but that's not important to me.

- The new action button on the side is awkward. I keep hitting it to turn up my volume and muting my ringer instead. Once I get used to it I don't think it will be so bad, but so far it's a wash for me.

- The phone DOES NOT WORK with traditional charge pads. I have one in my car, but the camera lenses stick out to far to allow proper contact with the pad for charging. This is a huge problem in my opinion; it's very disappointing.

The only reason I decided to buy this is to due to the USB-C charge port. That's the game changer for me, because I'm tired of having 2-3 different cables around my house. I want one cable for everything, and this solves that issue. I doubt I will be buying another phone for the next 5 years now, which seems to be how long these last before they can't keep up with software anymore.

Microsoft’s one drive can be had with 150g for $3/month.
They don’t compress your pics or video.

I think it's great. I have it set up for my camera so no more fumbling around trying to find the lock screen icon in bright sunlight etc. Press and hold the button and the camera instantly comes up.

15 pro max battery life is amazing coming from a 12 pro.

Any new phone’s battery is going to seem amazing. It’s like how snappy a new OS install is. It’s new.

You could have just bought a new battery for your phone. It’s like $90.

Incorrect. A new iPhone 15 Pro gets 23 hours of video playback, the 12 Pro got 17.

14 might be a very good choice as you mentioned.

I upgraded to the 14 Pro Max at the beginning of this year. It's a great phone with great battery life. Skipping the 15 and maybe 16.

For those of you that have upgraded to the 15, do you actually use the always on display?

That was the first feature I turned off on my 14pro max.

I have a hard time believing the real world use being that noticeable. Maybe so, but I doubt it.

A new battery in an older phone is going to be a far better use of funds than buying a $1200 phone with a few rubeatronic checkboxes.
