I have an Iphone 11 Pro Max. Worth upgrading to the 15?

I held off from getting the 14 last year, expecting the 15 to be better. Any recommendations?

Ive still got the Iphone XR and am in the same predicament. My wife takes pretty much all the pictures. My main thing I run into is running out of storage and it becomes a giant pain in the arse. I may get the 14 with the price drops.

You can pay 3$/month for cloud storage and that gets you an extra 200gb

I have an 11 pro max as well. I just can’t justify replacing it. It does everything I need.

I just replaced my iPhone 11 Pro Max but only because of phone issues. I never purchase the latest model but the next newest one

All depends on what you use your phone for and how much you value different things.
Also I'm not sure there is really a downside to upgrading. Assuming you have you have paid off your current phone and are eligible for an upgrade, you can probably get the 15 for next to nothing by trading your current phone in through your phone company. I got an $830 credit for my iPhone 12 mini through AT&T.

I believe 12 introduced 5G, so if you're going from an 11 to a 15, you'll pick up "faster" speeds.

The 15 is supposed to be lighter. I'm not sure how much a difference that really makes if one sets it in their pocket, purse, or countertop mostly. Also, if one uses earbuds, not sure how much that will matter.
Battery life is supposed to be the same as 14.
Processing speed is better on the 15, but how much faster can they really be?
14 might be a very good choice as you mentioned.

There are great comparisons from various sites that shows the difference of each phone model.
The drawback of having an “older” phone is that the new iOS updates sometimes draw a line on which model can be updated.

You can’t use 5g with 11, so if you are paying for a plan for unlimited 5g then you aren’t using it

So sounds like the best idea is for me to go to Verizon to see if I have an upgrade. If so, then decide between 15 and 14.

I went from X to a 13 pro and it was a major difference. 11 to 15 would likely be similar plus usb c

I have a couple more months left on my 13 pro. I want a pro max. Just want the larger screen. I’ll wait til it’s paid off and see if they are doing promos after Christmas. No point in upgrading early as I lose my credit from my trade in to do so.
