For one person, 4 devices, not a gamer, 1,000 sq. ft. Apartment…streaming TV, movies, etc.

30-300 Mbps. 300 is big family sufficient. Anything higher is just to extract more money for no benefit (yet). Always fiber but cable isn’t bad, but if you’re a heavy user avoid cox or else who may charge usage fees.

The rule I’ve used is 15mb per device for streaming video. Get the 100mb plan at minimum or 250 and never think about upgrading.
