Banning orders are tricky. In England, they're pretty efficient to try and keep hooligans away from league matches. In international competitions though, it's a lot more difficult for these kinds of banning orders to be enforced. That's why the hooligan element now in many countries is much stronger when the national teams play.

But the first one was ideal for us. The art of CONCACAFing isn’t just wasting time, it’s destroying the flow of the game. Any chance they had of threatening a comeback was over
