Are we just forgetting that a Salah was average his entire career before 17-18?

Salah banged in 15 for Roma 3 years ago, 19 for Roma two years ago, and 44 for Liverpool last year. Are we going to pretend like any of those are average seasons? He toyed with some of the best defenses in the premiere league. Denying his talent makes you look like a dumbass

19 for Roma two years ago,

He had 15 league goals in his last season at Roma.

Not even in the top 10 of a league that is pretty shite aside from 2-3 clubs.

Sorry pal, i’m not a dumbass. You are.

If you believe in him that much i’ll Make you a ban bet he won’t score 40+ goals again next year.

You are piping his talent up, so that should be very easy to replicate by your own words. He toys with his own league!

he had 19 in all comps.. just like the 40 + was in all comps last year.. so which do you want to use?

I wouldn't be that stupid to bet he scores the same amount next season, but its not like he is some one season wonder...

I have no clue if he'll be top 5 in the world in 4 years, but to say he's not even top 20 right now is utterly ridiculous...

Messi and GOATnaldo are clearly two of the greatest of all time.

There is a pretty large gap down to the next group of good players.

I think a lot of people have taken for granted how great these two players are and there isnt just another 2 guys out there in their league.

These are two of the best EVER.

I dont see anyone at or near their level at the moment.

I do think they have a group of 10 or so guys that can be great players. I just dont see anyone with that type of potential at the moment.

You watch the game, you don't see Busquets. You watch Busquets, you see the whole game.

Mbappe
Neymar
Milinkovic-Savic (surprised he hasn’t been mentioned)
Asensio
Kane being only 24 has a good argument. So many elite players in age 26-27 range right now so it’s hard to say if they are still on that level when they are 30 and older

Love Kimmich too

Kane
Neymar
Pogba
De Bruyne
Sterling or Sane

Kun and Sanchez are on the wrong side of their careers at this point.

I imagine Dybala has to be in there somewhere as a contender in the future.

Assuming they both retire in 5 years and ignoring players who are obviously top 5 level already like Neymar and De Bruyne

Mbappe
Dembele
De Light (spelt something like that, center back for Ajax)
Sane
Kimmich

Or any of Sterling, Rashford, Savic, Pulisic.

And for an outside shout, Patrick Kluivert's son just signed for Roma.
