Re-read what I said. I never denied those differences exist. I think with equivalent training and professional experience as the men, those differences would be MUCH smaller. The physical limitations will always be there, but I'd be curious to see how the best female players would develop if they had the same developmental experiences as the best men's players.

Besides Rapinoe, who else is outspoken?
I consider myself a fan of the USWNT and I don’t know much about the team besides who some of the players are married to, some bikini photo shoots, and the fact that Alex Morgan got kicked out of Epcot for being too drunk.

I love that my hot take was that the uswnt aren’t going to win the World Cup with rapinoe starting out wide, and instead she’s scored the last four goals in the knock out stage.
In my defense, I still think rapinoe is shite, and we are a better team with press out wide.
Also, the US midfield was complete and absolute garbage this game. Mewis & lavelle were terrible. I love the announcers acting like that was the plan for them to just sit back and have zero possession. They were just simply outplayed in the middle.
Oh, and I would like to give props to Dunn. Other than one terrible giveaway close to goal I thought she did really well keeping Diani at bay. In general the defense looked fairly solid.
ETA: Henry for France can go suck a frick and eabd.
