I ate at the Wasatch Brew Pub yesterday. Had a Jalepeno Cream Ale that was fricking amazing.

Not especially. No cupholders on the seats (fricking Zephyr Field has those), seats were cheap plastic, no ice in the drinks (seriously.) I was very underwhelmed. The area it was in was nice....

Ok getting way ahead of myself here but was thinking about this last night: does where you finish in the Hex have any sort of affect on your group draw in the WC? As in are teams put in "pods" or something to ensure that Brazil, Germany, Italy and Spain for example all dont end up in the same group?

I'm fairly certain your Fifa Ranking matters, which of course means the Hex matters. I'm fairly sure it isn't direct, though.

You would think it would but it does not. The 8 "seeds" for the WC Finals are the Hosts plus the seven best ranked in the fall before the World Cup.
Kind of a crappy system if you ask me. If you win your confederation you should be ranked, although not every confederation as a huge double round robin final round like we and CONMEBOL do.

This is the problem, africa has a sysytem that barely rewards the top 5 teams much less determines a number 1.
