What infuriates me about the Dest fiasco is that the A team only has so many games together to form chemistry and work on different game states. So he goes and blows his top, and instead of practicing on how we work in the final 3rd, we’re fricking doing time wasting tactics to end the game as a ...

That’s what makes it all the more shocking, group D is easily the weakest. As weak as T&T and St Kitts & Nevis are, at least we have Jamaica. Canada’s whole federation is in shambles now...

Canada has been shockingly bad, I wonder if they even make the quarters...
Like 5-6 qatar players are missing the next game on yellow card accumulation, whoever gets them will be sitting pretty ...
Qatar having 7 (or 8?) yellows and no reds is impressive. Everybody gets one!...
Lots of cards and there was a lengthy VAR review, 10 seems reasonable ...
Pretty sure one of Qatar’s coaches, hilarious the commentators had no idea...
Qatar has 4 yellow cards, 26% possession, and one shot. The type of game I used to lose in fifa and have to go for a long walk after. ...
Djordje to me is up there with Jesus this tournament in showing that he is a cut above most of the roster and competition, and should be a fringe A team guy....
Considering how Sargent looked at the World Cup compared to Jesus and Haji, I have him 3rd. Really unfortunate he wasn’t a part of either tournaments’ roster, but he should show out at Norwich with Pukki gone....

Stealing from the us soccer reddit because it outlines a lot of the players people might have expected that aren't on the roster: "I see a lot of discourse online about the roster, and while there are a few things I would have done differently, the following players who are not part of the NL are...
I know Stejskal and Tenorio of the athletic basically hated the subbing pattern and decision to turtle. Not sure if they got to ask questions to that effect though...
I guess Haji was in over Ferreira for heading purposes? Ferreira certainly wouldn't have helped there, but he's got an incredible work rate! We needed that...
I'm starting to be almost as upset we haven't seen Scally as I am about no gio. Dest was subbed out in each game, and more than that, we knew he wasn't 90 minutes fit. Is scally there to back up Robinson? PLAY HIM GREGG...
I was 10 and attending Daivd Chaney's soccer camp in Lafayette. I watched the Germany game before going to camp. The coaches had recorded the game to watch after camp, and they knew I had been watching. My face spoiled the game result as soon as I got to camp and I had to spoil it for them. Rest of ...
Also, I know this is a Reyna thread, but Yedlin and Moore combining for 3 sub appearances and Scally not getting a sniff is criminal. Can't believe it with the way the other two have performed. I was a Nashville season ticket holder and I do not want to see Shaq for a long time with the nats...
