I think there needs to be a balk rule. Thoughts?

What’s wrong with the current rule

Agreed. This tippy toed stutter ballerina stop and slow down shite is awful. Should be able to only speed up your run

Let the idiots that keep doing it look like idiots when they miss

You have to be "generally moving forward" and can stop and go is what the rule says. If it were me, my run up for a penalty would start at mid filed and I would start / stop, walk, spin, etc no less than 40 times before I get to the ball to shoot.

Because you are giving an additional advantage to a player who is already disadvantaged.
I’m mostly referring to PK shootouts as true PKs from penalties should mostly result in a goal to prevent intentional fouling.

Seeing you during our tithe run I know now you are the loser that reads the Arsenal thread and downvotes every post.
It can't be anyone else but you.

At least if he is down voting the Arsenal thread, it's sort of interacting with other people. Have you ever looked at the Spurs season long thread? He's basically Tom Hanks in Cast Away talking to a volleyball.

The Goalkeeper: The keeper must remain on their goal line, facing the kicker, and have at least part of one foot touching (or in line with) the goal line at the moment the ball is kicked. Keepers can move side-to-side but cannot move forward off the line before the kick. They are also not allowed to unfairly distract the kicker
If you don’t think the keeper is at a disadvantage then I don’t know what to tell you

I think he was pointing out a mistake in your sentence. I think you meant that you are giving an advantage to a person already at an advantage.
