My thing with PKs has to do with PK’s during the match itself. I think it should be like a field goal attempt in American football: either you make it or you don’t. If the kick is blocked by the GK, no matter where the ball goes, it should be a goal kick. None of this second chance shite by some jackleg running up on the ball while the GK is laying on is face after a miraculous save.
