So if you're 7 points clear you cant complain about poor officiating ?! What if we lost and we were only 6 points clear ? Would it be acceptable then to call out the shite job Oliver did today or do we need to be a little closer to Arsenal ? Everton committed 9 fouls to our 20 today. Again, we were whistled for more than double the # of fouls that a big, physical , flying in late for challenges Everton team committed ?! Come on

I appreciate the gumbo offer and I'll take you up on it when I travel to Merseyside. Good luck with your venture and God knows the Scousers across the pond could use more properly seasoned soul food.

Ibou jumped up to head it away and end the game and all 6'4" 230 lbs of Beto grabbed him by both his shoulders and held him down right in front of Oliver. That's a foul.

Would have been a soft foul, and he knows the ref sucks.
He has to have better positioning and hold his ground.

I get what you’re saying but Beto is a freaking tank. Agree to disagree.

Between the This is Soccer and The Anfield Wrap this week, TAW was far more critical of the play of the Reds and less focused on the ref than I expected. It helped bring into perspective that we deserved a draw, at best, based on our play, regardless of the retard with the whistle.

My insurance career brought me to London a couple of times
My love of Everton brought me to Liverpool during those trips
Fell in love with the city, the people, the history, the culture
Figured it was always gumbo weather in Liverpool, and they didn’t have any so what the hell….only live once.

Bold move but looks like it paid off for you. All the best from NOLA, except when you play us LOL. I am looking forward to seeing that new stadium although I prefer the old grounds all day.

It would have been one of the softest pens I have seen.

I know this isn’t realistic but this is the expected table if you were to say LFC and Arsenal draw their matches against top 5 opponents, draw teams ranked 6-10 on the table when playing away and beating them at home, and winning every game against teams 11-20 in the table

Again, this is silly and very unrealistic, but just goes to show how we do not even remotely have this league title locked up. We’ve gotta keep the pressure on

Next 5 league games…vs Wolves, @Villa, @ City, vs Newcastle, vs Southampton

3 of those teams are capable of beating anybody when playing their best. I’d say 11 points or more would be a huge success, agree? 10 is meh but we’re still alright, 9 or fewer and we are melting

3-0 today.
They are going to come out ready to go today after the shitty results in the last two games.
