Seriously though people are naming southern cities like Dallas and I don't think that would fly. Houston put it a bid for the Summer Olympics several years back and one of the reasons for rejection was the heat and humidity would be a major disadvantage to athletes from some nations; eg Europeans can't take the heat.
I realize the lower lying areas of Brazil are warm but in a country the size of the US you can choose to avoid that.
Seattle is soccer town USA right now and the Brits would feel right at home in the daily mist.

1994 was at the Cotton Bowl.
And the NRG and AT&T are both climate controlled.

Thats still too many. There can only be 12 host cities.
It would be everyone who hosted in 94. Miami would replace Orlando. Seattle would get a spot. Then you add ATL and Denver. Thats it.
So no Houston no Phoenix.

No idea exactly, but qatar is a peninsula that juts out into the persian gulf so I guess the humidity would probably not be so pleasant.

WC doesn't care about "soccer cities for MLS" - just great cities and venues...most important...cities for incoming fans.
So - you're right...and Seattle would get a spot (because of the city) and the Rose Bowl would be the final...because it's L.A. - classy iconic stadium, sunshine - but Metlife would be the other candidate for the World's final in New York.

Hey asswipe, in it's current condition CenturyLink wouldn't host a world cup game. If the artificial turf was replaced with natural grass it would be one of the best venues.

Would be fun to see part of the WC at Arrowhead in KC. Nice loud stadium, with natural grass already. Although KC probably isn't at the top of the list tourism-wise...
