I've seen this US team before...it was in 1998.
No real creativity. No real lethality. No real threat outside of set pieces.

In a more positive note, he did do well with basically a C team. With a healthy roster we win this whole thing easily. I'm going to remain positive for the next year.

I would seriously consider firing him. He’s done nothing positive with the team at all. I still don’t think Gregg was great, but he was objectively better than Poch is.
That said, it really doesn’t matter who you hire, there simply isn’t enough talent on this team to do anything interesting.
