The teams they'll play in KO rounds are more like Spain and Germany.

I believe its a FIFA issue. Telemundo doesn't have it either. FIFA provides the world feed and they set the graphics package that has to be used by the broadcasters. Hence why the scorebug is same on Telemundo and Fox.
That scorebug every once in a while drops down the other game's score, but they can't put it in top right or whatever because FIFA dictates the graphics that can be used.
