That’s the type of play non soccer people think people are just rolling around for no reason. Take studs to your shin and you’ll be rolling. Should have at least been a yellow.

You guys are such figs, this ref has been outstanding. These are two Anglo nations out there battling not a bunch of Latin or African figs wanting to roll around. Like the announcer said, ref is doing what all refs should do and that's stay out of the way.

An over the ball, studs up challenge that is also late is always a borderline yellow/red. And grabbing the jersey with no intent to play the ball is usually a yellow.

Sure that could have/should have been a yellow but bfd. It's not like he has cost us anything and he's erring on the side of not involving himself when it's not necessary. Which should be the approach of every ref in every sport but so rarely is.
