April is literally like clock work for Arsenal. It’s insane.

Only thing we have going for us is that City has to basically win out which I don’t really see them doing.

Our form is gross right now. Focus on mid week CL and then pray you get something at City.

Gyokeres was the only player with balls today

We really don't play his strengths. That one ball into the channel he had a cut back but that was just once. And the offsides goal. We need to do that multiple times a game. Just need one to be onside. That was still a good finish. On one of his other chances I'm not sure what happened he like fell back and ended up lifting it over the goal when the keeper was on the ground.

Arsenal's midfield pairing of Declan Rice and Martin Zubimendi lost possession a combined 29 times today (Rice 17, Zubimendi 12).

If we had Odegaard I'd just play him instead of zubi. But this pairing isn't working for us anymore.

So basically we’re three points clear with City coming up. Our hold on that PL trophy is getting mighty tenuous.

Yeah, Zubi was billed as a press resistant guy, but he's even worse than rice in that regard.

I mean we are 9 points clear. They still have to win the games they haven't played yet. If they beat Chelsea and then us, it's over.

And if we don't win in midweek that's 1 win in 5. Then don't win at Etihad, 1 win in 6. Arteta isn't going to get fired imo, but he will lose the fans completely if this happens.

Time to strap up. I'd do some nasty shite for literally TWO draws this week. Midweek vs Sporting and at City.

Just won't feel confident until we can bypass the press tho. It really is insane how we have forgotten how to play with and without the ball.

I get why they booed. But it is objectively hilarious that a team 9 points clear at the top of the PL, at the moment, gets booed off their home turf.

The PTSD Arsenal fans have from the past 3 years is WILD at the moment considering we’re all seeing signs of it happening again.

Time to find out who wants to win a PL title. Gonna be a wild few weeks left

I think our home fans are embarrassing. Always nervous as frick. You don't only cheer the team on when you are up multiple goals. And you can't believe that cheering them on and 12th man is a thing but not believe moaning and groaning and leaving early doesn't affect them.

The entire fanbase. It is wild. I think the missed opportunities from the past 3 years are the reason why. We just need to win one to ease the fricking nerves

That's the issue especially looking at our recent form. The team looks nervous as hell and it doesn't help our manager runs around like a mad man. City smell blood in the water and it's not good for us.

Not gonna happen. Arsenal can barely score a goal right now, and City are pummelling people.

We better show up at City or it's over. I've said it the past few years but it's simply a mindset that separates us from City.

And for that I think they need to win midweek. If they go into City limping I think it's already over.

Also helps being able to dump 100m on a whim during the January transfer window when they sniff some injury trouble.

if this was city of last year, i’d be rejoicing but this year city’s team is rolling at the right time

this could get ugly next weekend
