It is now 37 lotteries in a row that no one has won the Powerball lottery. That's a lot of losers who can't complain about not having enough money to pay for food, gas or rent.

Was in PNG once for a pipeline project. After taking the contractor plane from Port Moresby to an airport in the highlands, still had a 3-4 hour drive to get to the site.
Was told that if we got into a situation where the driver had to choose between hitting a pig and hitting a native, instructions were to hit the native. Less paperwork and cost.
Got to the camp a day after a Japanese contractor got a machete through the head for diddling a local leader’s daughter.
Man, I do miss oil and gas work.

It's not about blaming the government. It's about blaming yourself when you waste your money instead of making sure your bills get paid before you indulge in hedonistic endeavors.

I think this was one of the most Ill timed statements ever. Have you seen what the stock market has done the last 3 trading sessions ?
The S&P is trading at another all time high. The interest rates are falling, manufacturing is at a 4 year high.
I think some people just love being miserable. I’d be miserable as well if I weren’t fully invested in the stock market.
