Wrong. Melting pots aren't necessarily good or bad; what goes in the melting pot is what matters. You can have a fantastic homogenous culture, you can have a crap homogenous culture, and the same goes for "diverse" cultures. There is nothing inherently valuable about diversity.

A proper merit system allows a melting pot to work. Most good people have no problem with any other good people.
The progstains hate a real merit system.
