The good news is that none of that gets passed because it won't get to 60 votes in the Senate.
If the Democrats take the Senate they won't blow up the filibuster with Trump (or any Republican) in the White House, because they won't want to play their hand until they know they can actually use the nuclear option to their advantage.

The Biden administration was a sampler platter. The next regime will lead to open season on conservatives. Dems will attack your finances, family values, and there will be plenty of violence emboldened by the new protected class.
