I don't care if you or I don't like wind farms, Xan. If a land owner wants to use his land for that, it is none of our damn business. And stealing land is an absolute non-starter.

We can kill subsidies without confiscating land from private owners. Whether they are farmers who are leasing to the energy companies, or the energy companies themselves.

If you re-read Xan's stance, he would terminate the leases (letting the land go back to the people).

1- How are you related to Chris John, if at all related?
2- Would you support removing the plaque/monument of Edwin Edwards that is at the entrance of the Acadia Parish courthouse and throwing it in the Mermentau River?
3- Who shells out the best burger in Acadia Parish? Sweet Pea’s in Rayne? Snack Shack in Iota? Or PJ’s in Crowley?
Your answers to #2 and #3 above are key to winning my vote.
