Don't know, but I've been on the lookout for it and I've heard "Mr. Obama" from his slavish media since he was in office. This was a complaint during the Bush administration when he was called "Mr. Bush" while in office. Same happened to Obama.

Trump pushed through the McConnell-Ryan agenda (tax cuts) and they ran out the clock on everything else.
No immigration reform
No infrastructure
No health insurance reform
No end to Middle East Wars

Unfortunately, the former President’s proclivity to slash, burn and throw everyone under the bus has made his window of support among fellow politicians smaller and smaller.
By the time 2024 comes around, he will have turned on all but a select few, like Mississippi or Oklahoma Republicans.
