a. Was her suit about the alleged affair? Or an alleged defamatory tweet?

b. Did she have to pay Trump damages or attorney's fees?

Remember, JJ, you replied to this:

What’s the optics of fricking a pornstar and paying her off?

It is also not DeSantis responsibility.

And this is how he came off and the returns we are seeing show it. And the return is negative because most see it as everybody's problem.

Was my last comment on it to you.

It's a type of politics that just comes across as phony. It doesn't work anymore.

And loser Trump being abrasive will work again when he didn’t in 18, 20, and now 22?

DeSantis would have been ripped by the same people ripping him now if he gave that response. "We're on the eve of Trump's indictment, the Republic is in peril, and Ron won't acknowledge any of it."

The not extraditing him is laughable. If Trump is going to run he is going to have to go to states to have rally's and make speeches.

Trump cant just campaign from Florida. Only PedoJoe can do hide in his basement and garner enough votes to win.

There’s no returns showing anything. You screaming at your TV isn’t “a return.”

I see you're too scared (or dumb) to give an actual response.

As if the use of the Federal Gov to take out political opponents and forever changing our Republic is NOT a real issue that threatens the nations.

JFC - I'm all for any heat/action we can muster to push back on this ridiculous prosecution of Trump, but where was your (or Trump's) concern for changing our Republic when the Democrats were doing precisely that in 2020?

It's bullshite that Trump has to deal with this, but it's not the f'n end of the Republic. Skyrocketing debt, runaway inflation, censorship, a dementia-riddled pedo in the WH, unrecognizable federal elections, a wide open border - those things are actually changing the Republic, and they all transpired on Trump's watch.

DeSantis isn’t obliged to rescue Trump from his own idiocy.

This isn’t the first political prosecution in the history of our country. How do we deal with that issue?

Not sure if mentioned, but TX Rep Chip Roy was on Glenn Beck this morning saying the same thing. Dropping the "porn star" nugget a few times. Once sounding like he knows Trump did have the affair with the porn star, and then later using "allegedly"

I was gung ho on Roy, but his approach right now is questionable. So going to take a step back on him to see where this all lands. Especially/mainly since Desantis hasn't declared yet. We'll see if him getting into the middle of this right now is a good play for him in the long term, outside of TX. As him being a better alternative than that white guilt cuck Cornyn, isn't that hard to be.

Trump always attacks fellow Republicans on a personal basis. Why is it off limits for other Republicans to attack him personally?

I'm more concerned if these people think Trump didn't actually have the affair. It seems JJ is a believer.

If you watched the press conference, the people that call that an attack, also probably thought J6 was an insurrection. If that was an attack on Trump, then it was the weakest attack on Trump yet.

And is it even an attack to just state that Trump paid hush money to a porn star? It’s not like there’s anything illegal about those facts alone.

If Trump didn’t want that information to get out, he could have not fricked the porn star.

He called for Republicans to kick Thomas Massie out of the party because Massie dared to object to a few trillion in Covid spending.
